This newly built country house in a typical finca style with 140 m2 of living space and a 10 x 4 meter pool is located on a 14,300 m2 plot of land in absolute tranquility and in the middle of an original landscape north of the villages of Petra and Ariany. The access is asphalted and uncomplicated. The bright and modern building is completely on one level and offers three bedrooms and three bathrooms, two of which are en suite.All bedrooms have air conditioning and ceiling fans. In the front area of the house there is an open and fully equipped kitchen (e.g. with a Nespresso machine), which is adjoined by a spacious dining area. From the living area with the large comfortable sofa you can access the shaded terraces through the large glazed sliding doors. There you will find outdoor furniture such as sofas, armchairs, a hanging chair for chilling out and of course 6 sun loungers. From there you can enjoy the unobstructed panoramic view of the surrounding landscape. Furthermore, on the terrace, with direct access to the kitchen, there is an outdoor dining area with 6 seats. A gas-powered grill plate (plancha) is available for grilling.The finca is stocked with all kinds of towels, for the kitchen, the bathrooms and also for the pool/beach. A cot and high chair can be provided free of charge upon request. Behind the terraces, separated by a spacious lawn, is the 10 meter long and 4 meter wide pool with a depth of up to 1.60 meters. Internet works via satellite.
The perfect location and the good infrastructure in the center of the island make day trips in all directions easy and convenient without a lot of travel time. The village of Petra is only about a 5-minute drive away from the house and offers a complete infrastructure such as numerous bars, restaurants and shops.
The main tenant must be at least 25 years old.
The booked holiday accommodation is intended exclusively for holiday use. It is absolutely forbidden to hold loud parties or other activities that may violate the law or disturb neighbors. Failure to comply with this rule may result in fines for guests ranging from €5,000.00 to €300,000.00 (for professionally organized events).

Electricity consumption is included in the rental price. We charge 300,00 € damage deposit.
In addition, all travelers over the age of 16 are charged Ecotasa.
It is €2.00 per night per person for the first 8 nights, and €1.00 thereafter. (plus 10% VAT)
