Finca Can Garrover is only about 2 km from the town of Llubi, a sufficient distance from the next quiet country road that leads to Santa Margalida. The house, property and pool are, of course, at your disposal for your exclusive use. The approximately 80 m2 house, located on a 3,500 m2 plot, can accommodate 2 adults and 2 children with 2 bedrooms. Of course, the house has German satellite TV and high-speed Wi-Fi.The house is simple but fully equipped, including a dishwasher. The property is equipped with all types of towels, for the kitchen, the bathroom and also for the pool/beach. A cot and high chair can be provided free of charge upon request. In front of the house there are large terraces, some of them covered. There is also the pool of approximately 6 x 3 m with a depth of 50 to 190 cm with internal staircase and built-in bench. Of course, the property, the house and the pool are at your entire disposal.

In the neighboring town of Llubi you will find infrastructure with several shops, restaurants and bars. In the town of Inca, about 10 km away, there are branches of the main supermarket chains, the beaches of Can Picafort and Playa de Muro are just 15 minutes away by car.There are also many shopping opportunities.

The reserved holiday accommodation is intended exclusively for holiday use. It is absolutely prohibited to organize noisy parties or other activities that may violate the law or disturb neighbors. Failure to comply with this rule may result in fines for guests ranging from €5,000.00 to €300,000.00 (for professionally organized events ).
