Our estate extends over a magnificent plot of land of approximately 20,000 square meters and offers you the ideal opportunity to discover the authentic side of the island. We are just a few minutes' drive from the characteristic Majorcan villages of Llubi and Muro, where you will find cozy bars, delicious restaurants and convenient supermarkets.

The surroundings of Finca Es Caulls are characterized by unspoilt beauty. Rolling hills and lush gardens surround our property, giving you the peace and tranquility you desire during your vacation.However, if you're looking for a little more action, the wide sandy beaches of Alcudia Bay are just a short drive away. Here you can enjoy the crystal blue waters and relax in the sun.

Our two-story estate is spacious and comfortable. On the ground floor you will find a cozy living room, a well-equipped kitchen, a cozy bedroom and a small bathroom. The kitchen is a place where Majorcan cuisine comes to life, with a large dining table and modern equipment. A very large additional dining room adjoins the kitchen, perfect for enjoying meals with family or friends.

Upstairs you will find the master bedroom with private bathroom, offering you moments of relaxation in complete privacy. Another bedroom upstairs has four single beds and offers plenty of space for a larger group or a family. Throughout the property you will find plenty of towels, whether for the kitchen, bathrooms or for your trip to the pool or beach. On request, we will be happy to provide you with a baby cot and a high chair free of charge.

A wonderful covered terrace extends almost around the entire house and offers comfortable seating and outdoor dining. Here you can enjoy your meals outdoors and admire the large garden.Barbecue lovers will love our small barbecue where they can prepare delicious dishes.

Our 10 x 5 meter swimming pool is surrounded by well-kept lawns and offers you the opportunity to cool off on hot days. Sun loungers and parasols invite you to relax and sunbathe. Air conditioning is available in the bedrooms and living room and guests can benefit from free Wi-Fi. A carport provides shaded parking for your vehicle and our spacious property offers plenty of space to relax and explore.

The reserved holiday accommodation is intended exclusively for holiday use. It is absolutely forbidden to organize noisy parties or other activities that may violate the law or disturb neighbors. Failure to comply with this rule may result in fines for guests ranging from €5,000.00 to €300,000.00 (for professionally organized events).
