The outdoor area is surrounded by lovingly maintained surroundings and houses a 6.5 x 3.5m swimming pool, securely fenced to ensure your privacy.The comfortable sun loungers and parasol invite you to relax, while the adjacent lawn is ideal for outdoor games and activities.

The spacious 40 m² terrace, equipped with an outdoor brick grill, offers enough space and seating for the whole family and is perfect for barbecue evenings together under the starry Mallorcan sky.

When you enter the house you will find a comfortably furnished living room and dining room, which flows seamlessly into a modern and fully equipped open plan kitchen. You won't miss anything here. The house offers internet access, satellite television and many other details to make your stay pleasant.

The property is fully equipped with towels for the kitchen, bathroom and pool/beach. A cot and high chair can be provided free of charge upon request. Above the kitchen there is a charming gallery with two single beds, accessed via a rustic wooden staircase. The two large bedrooms and two bathrooms are located at the rear of the house, with the master bedroom having its own en-suite bathroom. A living room and a bedroom are equipped with air conditioning to ensure a comfortable temperature even on hot days.

This estate is the ideal place for an unforgettable holiday and at the same time serves as an excellent starting point for excursions in all directions.From here you can reach the island's picturesque mountains in just 15 minutes or relax on the beautiful beaches, such as Playa de Muro in the north. You can also easily reach the capital, Palma, by train (from Inca) or by car in just 30 minutes.

The nearby town of Llubi offers a complete infrastructure with supermarkets, bakeries, pharmacies, banks, cozy cafes and authentic restaurants. There is no additional charge for electricity in the months of March, April and May. In the remaining months, electricity is charged at €15.00 per day, payable in cash on arrival.

The deposit of 300 euros must be paid to the landlord by bank transfer before arrival. You will receive the application and the owner's bank details in a separate email prior to your arrival. If the house is delivered without defects, you will receive a refund from the owner or property manager via bank transfer after your stay.

Primary tenant must be at least 23 years old.

The reserved holiday accommodation is intended exclusively for holiday use. It is absolutely prohibited to hold loud parties or other activities that may violate the law or disturb neighbors. Failure to comply with this rule may result in penalties for guests of €5,000.00 to €300,000.00 (for professionally organized events).

In addition, the Ecotasa rate is charged to all travelers over 16 years of age.

It costs €2.00 per night per person for the first 8 nights and €1.00 thereafter. (plus 10% VAT)
